Audio

  • Is every system you install the same?
Certainly not. Every home, office building, apartment complex, and hospital is different; so our systems are different as well. We customize each system for your particular needs and for your home or facility. Maybe you’re looking for only a home theater system, or maybe you need audio and video capabilities for a new hotel. Whatever it is you need, we work closely with you to tailor a system that works for you – and works just the way you want it to.
  • What kind of certifications do your installers have?
Because technology and system design are constantly changing, we make sure all our Connected Media & Automation technician certifications are current and up-to-date. That’s why our certifications include:
    • An authorized Crestron Certified Programmer
    • 3 On-staff Digital Matrix switch designers
    • Satellite Broadcasting & Communications Association levels 1,2,3
    • SMATV
    • L Band Comm 1000
  • Can you install a sound system that can be heard outside?
Yes, we can install weatherproof televisions, speakers, and remote controls outside so you can enjoy a great media experience in the great outdoors.
  • How is the quality of the components you install?
Deep relationships with top-name manufacturers simplify our ability to provide the ideal components to make your system beyond awesome. That’s why we’re able to install products of only the highest quality from such industry-leaders as: Crestron, Adagio, Procise, Sonnex, ADMS, Russound, Xantech, Niles, Pelco cameras, Speco, ICRealTime, GEOvision
  • Can you install a system in an existing home or business?
If your facility is already built, we can still install your desired system. Again, we work and plan with you each step of the way, along with contractors, building managers, and architects, to develop a system that produces the best possible result for your needs.
  • What is your process?
We partner with you so we can help oversee everything from the initial consultation to completion. To do this, we start by meeting with you to understand what kind of system will enhance your facility. Do you need one allowing you save you time, money and efficiency? Or one that will make money via private cable systems or data networks that are distributed and charged monthly to tenants? From there, we coordinate with component manufacturers to acquire the right equipment, and provide an experienced, professional crew to install your system. Finally, we train appropriate personnel on system operation and functionality.
  • When is the best time to discuss and install our system?
The best time for us to talk with you about designing and installing your audio, video, or security system is when your home or business is in its design phase. The next-best time is during the framing of your building. That’s because it’s much easier to run all the necessary wiring and cables before the drywall or other wall coverings go up. We can work with your architect, builder, and any contractors to coordinate the installation so it’s a smooth, streamlined process.

Automation

  • How large an area do you serve geographically?
From our corporate office in Indiana, we can serve homeowners, business, and institutions in a wide, multi-state region. And with a referral network, we serve residential MDU owners and managers nationwide. Wherever you’re located, we can help you with your total automation system.
  • Are your systems hard to operate?
Not at all! In fact, with our total system automation we make it possible for you to control every physical and technological aspect of your home, business, or building from literally anywhere in the world by simply using your smartphone or tablet. The system we install is convenient, efficient, and personalized to fit your particular needs. You can turn your home/business or any room "on" or "off" with touch panel technology from any input device. That means one-button control for TV, cameras, satellite, DVD, lighting, gate control, off/on for all devices in the home, closing overhead doors, monitoring security, and more.

Security

  • How can I protect my property?
Connected Media & Automation can provide you with a wide variety of customized security and surveillance options to protect and ensure the security of what you deem most valuable. All of our systems are designed to be discreet, versatile, and highly effective. We combine uncompromising quality with state-of-the-art technology, allowing you to maintain a safe and secure environment; whether it's residential, commercial, or industrial. Some of our surveillance features include private camera systems, motion detection surveillance or full-time recording, and static or pan-tilt-zoom ability.
